A Happy Belly = A Happy Babe + Momma!

This post is sponsored by Happy Family Yogurt but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.

There is no denying that my children all love yogurt. It is Greyson’s ultimate favorite snack. Lately we’ve been traveling a LOT- one whole month to be exact! We’ve been really focusing on maintaining healthy eating habits while we’ve been away. It can be hard, especially with how picky toddlers can be! The Happy Family brand just came out with AMAZING yogurt that Greyson has totally enjoyed this trip! Each time we ran to a Walmart we had to grab some!

I’m all about quick and easy snacks when packing for the beach and the pool! I actually love them for family outings in general- the zoo, the park, you name it! These nifty little yogurt pouches come SO in handy when your babe needs a cold and yummy treat and it’s a total bonus that is so healthy!

Why do we love Happy Family Yogurt as a snack so much in our home? First of all, it is USDA certified organic! The Happy Family Yogurt is made with whole milk,  rich in vitamin D, and mindfully made with probiotics to promote good gut health! It’s also non-GMO and there are NO added sweeteners! I’m a huge advocate for minimal ingredients and that the ingredients that ARE in our food’s being those that are so beneficial for my family’s health.

Grey went through about two of these per day. Ada even snuck a few and Wes enjoyed the Happy Baby Yogurt! I never knew when my first two were young that whole milk yogurt could be beneficial to babies as young as 6mo who are starting solids! Let me tell you, Wes LOVES it and I love knowing that he is getting some extra goodness on top of nursing!
