Here in TN back to school time is JUST around the corner!
Why is it that EVERY year, I always hear stories of lice spreading through schools at the beginning of school?
Really, every mom group I am in on social media, I hear about lice, and last year it was on the news all about the “super lice”- yikes!
The school year isn’t the only time there is a risk of lice- think of summer camp, slumber parties, all of the birthday parties you attend over the summer!
Luckily, I have never had a first hand experience with lice, but that honestly makes me TERRIFIED at the though of it. When it comes to my family, my children specifically, I am all about being prepared. So I was so glad to hear about the Lice Clinics of America. A product that is non-toxic AND pesticide free? I HAD to learn more (and get my hands on this product in the event of a lice emergency)!
The Lice Remover Kit contains a non toxic, pesticide free gel that detangles, removes the eggs, kills the lice AND smells AMAZING! You can literally smell the fresh pear blossom scent through the packaging! I know one thing I’ve heard is how harsh the other lice removal gels smell and how the kids get so agitated by it- well yeah, who wants to be doused with harsh smelling toxic chemicals?! Not me, and I definitely don’t feel comfortable using a product like that on my kids!
The kit comes with a unique dispenser that helps allow you to control the amount of gel you are combing into the hair and comes with a sturdy metal lice comb to help you remove the lice and eggs.
The instructions are easy to follow, the product itself makes it easy to apply and the gel used is easy to rinse from the hair.
Oh and that “Super Lice”? It doesn’t stand a chance.
Want to be prepared and keep a Lice Remover Kit on hand or curious to know where you can run quickly to find one when the need is present?
Target, Walmart and CVS (as well as other grocers) Nationwide carry the product!
Bye, bye strong chemicals. Sayonara, toxic fumes.
