Back with another amazing marinade, y’all!
This one was done on some thick daddy pork chops over the charcoal grille and WOAH, delish.
Heading to Costco so this one with be short and sweet.
Don’t you get sick of that summer rut when everything you toss on the grille tastes the same? Because you either use that same spice blend or marinade that became your go- to? Well, put on your adventure pants and lets head to flavor town lol Excuse the loopy tone, I’m in rare form today- its a Thursday and I’ve literally gone all day thinking its Tuesday.
Anywho. The marinade. It would be amazing on some big beef kabobs, chicken breasts or wings- get creative with it!
- couple of tablespoons of EVOO
- juice and zest of one lemon
- juice and zest of one orange
- 2 tbs ground cumin
- some kosher salt
- fresh ground pepper
- fresh chopped garlic
- chop up come cilantro
Add to a ziplock with those chops and give them a shake and set in the fridge until ready to go.
Let me know what you think and what you use it on! Its sweet and tangy and I LOVE cumin lately, its made an appearance at least once a week in mi casa.
